- 1 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 1/4 c Flour
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 2 t Lemon peel
- 2 c Water
- 2 c Chopped Sultana Raisins
- 1 Uncooked 9-inch pie shell

- Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Cook
- over boiling water for 15 minutes. When cool, pour into pie shell. Cover
- with lattice top. Bake 10 minutes at 450F (230C). Reduce heat to 350F
- (175C) for 30-40 minutes. Serve with almond flavoured whipped cream.
